@HoosierShitposter It's because weak = good these days. If someone is a slave, or mistreated, they are 100 percent good and just, and anyone against them is evil. If you want to be good, then you need to be nice to them. Even worse, if you are white, then you treated people badly in the past, so you're evil and need to prove yourself to be good.

Sometimes it's not even that. Sometimes people are just completely ignorant of race differences. They might internally recognize some small differences but they just shrug them off because they don't think those thoughts are normal or "right."

I did a work-from-home job working a call center for comcast, then xbox. You learn racial profiling fast. Does anyone else get pissed at the term "reverse racism", meanwhile? There's just racism, the only reverse would be...not racism. It's not a color thing, it's judging based on it, and in common usage it should mean unfairly. Me calling a nigger a shucking and jiving porch monkey is racism, no matter my color. A person calling me a filthy white devil is also racism, no matter the color. It's not even a political thing, it's a language thing...

The idea behind it is that you have to be in a position of privilege to be racist I guess? Which also doesn't make sense. The average Asian American is more wealthy than the average white America.

I like newer stuff mainly for open-world type stuff. I log a lot of hours on /vr/. Grew up poor as hell, so there;s a fair bit of nostalgia there for the stuff i missed.
