Ill speak here, i have a question, not paranormal or occultlike in any sense but someone with extensive knowledge with sleep paralysis will obviously be in a place like this so im asking. Anyway so i have had SP for years but recently like a year ago since, my sleep paralysis doesnt start from rem sleep anymore, i become conscious from sleep and then i go into this state where, well it feels like SP is developing or something, but im able to stop it, all i would have to do is move or actually get up. The thing that seperates this from actual SP is that if i dont move or get up, then ill be locked into sleep paralysis like normal, ill feel like im suffocating, not being able to move and completely freaking out for a solid five minutes. So what im saying is i no longer have sleep paralysis because my body is able to completely stop it i guess, or at the very least warn me and give me an opportunity to not fall into SP. Why is this or what is this? I certainly enjoy having the option now instead of always being forced into it
