For the selling of information, I'd want that company torn to the ground and it's CEO whipped
For say, using cheap overseas labour in questionable conditions

I think the question of user privacy is one of the things that presents the greatest challenge to the libertarian worldview that goes along the lines of "If a company does bad things, people will stop using that company's services"
