if ur body thinks ur not eating enough it will start clinging to fat making it hard to lose fat
obese sjw's want to find excuses to live overweight as if it was something normal to the human body

eat the daily recomended amount 4 an adult male and do exercise
not eating enough calories, and then binge eating (generally meat and fatty things)
i pretty much eat a small snack in the middle of the day and then a normal dinner late at night
that also theres also the topic of eating disorders being negative about it isntgoing to help them itll only make it worse
u should eat 3 meals or 6 small ones everyday
yeah, i just don't think about eating much anymore because i always have so many things on my mind

its nothing to do with healthy eating its to do with eating the right amount and not other exercising

yes, but being skinny and not healthy is also due to a bad diet
the person isn't getting enough calories and carbs
but being fat is inherently worse then being underweight
