I'm not a fan of contrasting and clashing sounds in music.

I prefer ellegant, powerful music in rather beautiful scales.

I listen to a lot of progressive metal, and classical from the impressionist era

Jari left Ensiferum becaue of studio problems.

I like them both as different bands, but Jari is a better musician overall.

Wintersun reminds me a bit of something in between Galneryus and Rhapsody

I personally adore their use of asian instruments.

I particularly like the Erhu as an instrument. It has a certain character to it's tone and legato that I enjoy

Jari used to be in Ensiferum (A folk metal band) then went off to do his own thing later

i was never really a huge fan of metallica tbh

But this is pretty sick since they're touring with the band that influenced them from the very begining

Not my kind of music. But the idea of working with the very people that inspired you in the first place is pretty cool.
