Alright... Let me throw my opinion in here. My actual opinion.

Skin color is associated with your culture. Blacks, for some reason, end up in shittier neighborhoods, shittier schools, and shittier positions in general. Leading them down the wrong path, usually landing them behind bars. That leads to another issue when a father gets arrested for a crime, his children go fatherless and his wife goes husbandless for however long he's in prison, which leaves them stuck in a shitty situation made worse by the fact that they want to get out and will do anything they can to do so.
