Would just like to point out: Chaney has a 4% encounter rate in a very specific part of the safari zone with a low-ass catch rate, and a 5% chance to hold a lucky egg. (The only way to get one in Gen 3 btw) So needless to say, after only four captures, I’m feeling really lucky.
