Which to me it’s stupid
The public house? That sounds like socialism nigga.
The Public House is known Commonly as “The Pub”
Foster my dude
Why you getting in twitter arguments
With leaf of all people
Didn’t intend to. Wanted to call Cas Warfox our on his shit, then he speeches and decided to tag her and all sorts of backup from her army of white knights.
That some Serious SJW Tactics
I know right? I’m over it though.
It’s the thing that made not like her anymore, just left a bad taste in the back of mouth after she did to you. But after hearing she does that all the time I didn’t want to see hear about again
Is the Pokemon Jinx supposed to be making fun of the black people?
Supposedly that's what they said in the 90s
Apparently she was meant to be different colour, but the first platform she was fist coloured on could only do black. so that’s what happened
She was later changed to a light purple, but everyone hates that Pokémon anyway thanks to her gen 1 sprite.
@Dick Daddy Foster I guess I was lucky enough to get into Pokemon in Gen 2. Jynx had good uses taking on the final gym since it was a fairly easy to acquire and had the Special Attack to actually make use of Ice type moves.
Except for fucking Kingdra...
I agree...
Water/Dragon types are eternally difficult to face without the newest Fairy typing.
You could prep for it by trying to get a Dratini from the Game Corner and actually playing with a Dragon type, but aside from that, I don't think it has any strong weaknesses aside from Steel on the defensive.
Or until the introduction of freeze-dry
Which, I will point out, absolutely destroys the likes of Kingdra and Swampert
The final Gym and run-up to the Elite Four in second gen was always off-balance in my eyes. Too much grind needed to get your team up to snuff.
That's because they made most of Gen 2 (barring Whitney) stupidly-easy to the point where you barely needed to grind.
Depends on how you look at matters. What is true is that the gap between Pryce and Clair is too much, and Clair's Gym + Victory Road are too far from the Elite Four.
I kinda disagree with that, Clair (albeit more due to the dragon typing) was harder than Will and especially Bruno in my eyes. She was almost like a fifth elite member.
Doesn't stop me in eternal grind in my 3DS copy of the original Crystal.
I was too impatient to wait for crystal and just got Silver instead...
Which I did too.
And also too broke to get both.
But now that I'm making money agian... I bought a physical copy of Ruby...
All I know is that I'm waiting for a dang Leaf Stone in both so I can evolve pokemon.
I'm also entering the Elite Four with effectively one party member down. I hate HM slaving and one of my party members was an HM slave to get me past Tohjo Falls.
It's worse for when you have to get into Mt. Silver and face Red and you can't bring along a proper team to combat him due to all the HM moves you have to use.
Didn't stop me in my save on the original Silver before the save battery died. I basically HM slaved my Feraligatr, had him at Level 100, and blew through him, crazy as it might sound.
On a more strategic level, my party going in in Crystal is a Typhlosion, Weepinbell (NEED LEAF STONE), Hitmontop, Suicune, Marowak, and Forretress. I'd like to think I've got decent type coverage.
Decent enough. I'd still bring something along which knows phychic to deal with Koga quickly before he gets into too many shenanigans with evasiveness.
Marowak's Sp. ATK is high enough where I can justify teaching it Icy Wind from Pryce. Between Marowak's ground type moves and Suicune and Aurora Beam, I can attack him indirectly.
In Silver, I'm stuck training for Clair with an Ampharos, Skarmory, Dragonair (I basically figured out how to calculate odds in the Game Corner to mine coins.), Exeggcute (NEED. DAMN. LEAF. STONE.) Eevee which I'm going for an Umbreon, and Quilava.
