2017-09-23 22:40:14 UTC

2017-09-23 22:40:19 UTC

chickens deserve to not be slaves for our tastebuds

2017-09-23 22:40:34 UTC

Indeed

2017-09-23 22:40:43 UTC

But the conditions I outlined I wouldn't call slavery

2017-09-23 22:40:48 UTC

also eggs are so bad for you

2017-09-23 22:41:11 UTC

Like a chicken has a set of needs and wants. If you meet them and don't demand excessive egg laying. It's ok. Though it isn't cheap... obviously.

2017-09-23 22:41:20 UTC

How are eggs bad for you?

2017-09-23 22:42:18 UTC

they are known to increase risk of heart disease

2017-09-23 22:42:28 UTC

like I've read up a lot

2017-09-23 22:42:29 UTC

I kinda want to keep chickens myself. Just so I can name one corporal cluck

2017-09-23 22:42:32 UTC

but thats the gist

2017-09-23 22:43:28 UTC

Only if eaten in excess and you don't exercise

2017-09-23 22:44:04 UTC

Like high lipid density cholesterol might narrow your lumens but you literally have to eat a shit ton for that to happen

2017-09-23 22:44:11 UTC

1 is estimated as the max for a week due to other sources of cholestural, fat and saturated fat

2017-09-23 22:44:48 UTC

Emm

2017-09-23 22:44:50 UTC

it has a bacteria in it that I frget the name

2017-09-23 22:45:25 UTC

I'm a Personal Trainer qualified and in out nutrition part they said that the are bad for you

2017-09-23 22:45:41 UTC

1 egg has 8% your gda of fat

2017-09-23 22:45:54 UTC

62% your cholesterol

2017-09-23 22:46:14 UTC

70 calories

2017-09-23 22:46:31 UTC

That's nothing. If you had two omelettes a week you'd be fine

2017-09-23 22:46:45 UTC

If you are a shit ton non stop, you'd be quite right

2017-09-23 22:46:59 UTC

Same with most food though, moderation is key.

2017-09-23 22:47:00 UTC

yes but then you can't have other food that also has stuff

2017-09-23 22:47:04 UTC

2017-09-23 22:47:10 UTC

2017-09-23 22:47:28 UTC

2017-09-23 22:47:30 UTC

2017-09-23 22:47:31 UTC

Like when I have an omelette for lunch, for dinner I have toasted chickpeas

2017-09-23 22:47:35 UTC

same with avocado

2017-09-23 22:47:37 UTC

Which are delicious btw

2017-09-23 22:47:54 UTC

Or just go to the gym

2017-09-23 22:48:18 UTC

umm going to the gym does not negate bad things in diet

2017-09-23 22:48:20 UTC

If you can get a vegan alternative to ghee butter... try baking chickpeas in it till they're crunchy

2017-09-23 22:48:20 UTC

XD

2017-09-23 22:48:25 UTC

It's soooo goood

2017-09-23 22:48:56 UTC

omg once I watched a thing.... Some guy tried to claim "Some vegans eat ghee" XD

2017-09-23 22:49:03 UTC

no they dont

2017-09-23 22:49:15 UTC

Well going to the gym and. Burning 500 calories will nullify the eggs, and promote ldl cholesterol synthesis which will get rid of the HDL cholesterol

2017-09-23 22:49:39 UTC

If there is a vegan alternative tho... try it
