I have a heart condition on top of experiencing " sleep paralysis " often so I can definitely understand people's fright or anxiety when it happens

As ironic as it is I wanna become a surgeon but I’m uncomfortable around doctors

I haven’t told my parents and they probably won’t believe me

insomnia comes naturaly with most mental disorders

there was a chick in a mental hospital i was in that had extreme ocd and anxiety and had fall risk tags cus if she saw something gross or that triggered her ocd she would basically have some crazy shutdown
