Well I wouldn't know that really , it's only a analysis from what I've seen.
Only been using this app for 3 days

The types of games I often play don't require a "voice chat" or teamspeak anything of that sort.
So , apologies for any ignorant statements that I might make about them in advance 👥

@MySatellite I agree , I feel that all of them to some degree have some truthful and genuinely helpful perspectives. It's just sadly overshadowed by a lot of the personal agendas / propaganda individuals within them end up promoting :/

@IndiePedal well sleep paralysis is the state in which your body is asleep and you're still conscious.

The only reason why most people who experience it start seeing shadow figures and such , is because they get scared and or panic.
Which you shouldn't do while in such a state 😅

Because I go into this state very often , even earlier this evening for example. I went into it three times in row

I know alot about but it's kind of alot to type in chat , like what it is. What results from it etc

Don't know how many people will see this but to anyone who find themselves in sleep paralysis ,Never panic , it's very dangerous to do that

Close your eyes and count to ten , maybe a little longer depending on the person . And you'll break out of it

The reason why it's dangerous to panic whilst in sleep paralysis. Although rare if severe enough you could cause yourself to have a seizure or make your heart stop beating🙁

I have a heart condition on top of experiencing " sleep paralysis " often so I can definitely understand people's fright or anxiety when it happens

I've been trapped inside of sleep paralysis for a whole 20 mins once a few years ba5
