This sort of depends on how bad it is
but its impossible to get
If you just have some trouble socializing with people then you could easily use CBT
But if it's more severe then you're probably gonna need medication
nobody will join

If your look on it is "it will just get better later" then I don't think you had it nearly as bad as I do now
which is why at 18 it's easier to act rash and hard to think about the consequences of your actions
that's also why it feels a lot worse
that isnt to say your anxiety or depression is false or unworthy of attention
it's just another reason to hang in there
