I shouldn't be surprised that it's over-simplified. First of all, we only had two minutes to rebuttal and make a point, hardly a good ammount of time to even make a point worth making in the first place, never mind rebuttal a point on top of that. I would have preferred that to be an actual point, but like I said, the whole thing was a cluster fuck. I actually wanted to include both that and the tyrannical governments argument (because you can't tell me the Wehrmacht wouldn't have had a harder time rounding up Jews if the Jews had guns), but we were only allowed four points.
