Yeah pretty much the movie was so fucking boring, so many things didn't need to happen yet they did they ruined Luke's character in a way that felt forced and seeing his first reaction to it made it seem even less genuine. The absurd force usage really broke any semblance of starwars because it was never explained or fleshed out like the EU was.
