Most of therapy is having an outsider be able to tell you what's going wrong by what you are saying. Which means they are listening to what you say, and helping you identify the root of the problem. And then you mostly have to do the legwork yourself.

Therapists can't do everything for you, people think "just go to therapy everything will be better" maybe but it doesn't solve everything. You have to do the work for yourself too, and if you aren't willing to do that therapy won't work, just like the self analysis thingie.
