I dont imagine its that hard
But gluten free pizza from stores is really lacking
pizza is pretty easy to make
I like thin crust

I gotta wait till I get into a new house though
Our gas stove is way too unpredictable for baking
Like the temperature gage on it means nothing

man I used to have a stove like that it fucking sucks

It has the fire and stuff instead of heating like new ones
So it always burns the bottom of frozen pizzas
Best thing I've found with it is to try and time it to having the pizza mostly defrosted and then it takes like 5minutes but the cheese may or may not be completely melted
I had some gluten free gmo whatever bullshit pizza today at this hippie store I stopped in

It's been a talked about thing for years now because gluten particules SHOULD be big enough to filter. They can do it with beer.

My mom and sister have been diagnosed for over a decade now
Honestly I feel like more health conscious food is usually better tasting
And it was a lot harder then than it is now
Expensive tho
It's not too bad if you mostly cook stuff from scratch
We dont do much boxed foods or anything
