I had to go to doctor's in shorts and my blanket it was so bad

and I could only eat about 5ish things

becuse everying tasted so weird due to basicly being sick all the time

it's fine- i'm somewhat better now but it's gong to be around for the rest of my life due to it's nature

but I'll be more prepaired for when a relaps happens

I think I'm the odd one out here, I'm not very vocal about my own mental health, however I am very vocal about mental health in general

I especially get vocal when somebody with one type of mental illness / health issue tries to speak on behalf of all others, that is probably one of my biggest gripes (Not saying that because of this chat in any way, speaking about past experiences)

Ikr, like ive suffered all my life with depression amd anxeity. It took nearly 20 years of my life and a bad mental breakdown to kind of see i wasnt okay. So i totally can relate bro ❤
