It's been proven that there is virtually no difference between stretching for 10 minutes and stretching for 2 hours
I thought there was due to aerobic stretching being better and static stretching being worse on muscle performance
On top of that, what's the point of stretching if you're not gonna do an actual work out
it's overall just healthy but yeah you're missing out unless you do physical work or exercise
My biggest gripe is the "spirituality" of yoga
