Because not having kikes doesnt mean you should starve your people along with trying trying to antagonize the rest of the world.
They're not starving anyone intentionally. They're under international blockade so they're trying to survive on their own. Plus they aren't antogonizing the rest of the world, only NATO, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea, all of which would be pleased to see DPRK gone just as DPRK would be pleased to see them.
Plus, culture and leadership style of the DPRK is more similar to historical Korean states than those of the Republic of Korea, even though RK has the old flag.
Doesnt still mean you should brainwash your people thinking you a god and it would be smarter to explain why NK could be good because of the lack of international interfrence
