try to think of a chink going through hundreds of disputes a day

he will more likely accept it if he can understand it easily and does not have to extend more effort

previously I had a problem where AE rejected by claim and I refused and pointed out the claim with picture evidence that showed the difference

and told them to get someone who is more fluent in english

it took some time but I managed to get the dispute go in my favour
