Ali is just slow, if they haven't ruled against you then it isn't over yet. Jumping straight to a credit card dispute MIGHT get you banned.

Many companies ban if you resort to CC disputes. That said, the one time I filed a dispute with Discover against Ali, they ruled in my favor and refunded me, but I didn't get banned. This was also about my 500th order that year. Possible Discover just didn't dispute with Ali though, and just covered it.
