yes but bare in mind the Tories can't afford to be seen as a small party they kind of have to field reps everywhere for fear of losing "face" that said they should prioritise where they heavily advertise and try not to damage the BXP where they are more likely to succeed, i.e. Labour heartlands

Why don’t they see the shit job labour are doing, Rochdale a literal shithole labour run Councils so poorly, the only party that came close to labour in the local elections were ukip funnily enough, but there was a very big gap
