So now we evaluate stuff based on dickiness? Well, Richard is made of Dick. It's in his name.

2019-11-04 13:51:33 UTC

Also, I don't think Fuentes and Groypers are good entirely good faith actors. They probably don't want Kirk and Gorka to have sane Israel policies (which they should, but don't). They want Kirk and Gorka **OUT**.

2019-11-04 13:54:26 UTC

And they *know* they cannot have a friendly discussion or debate over the topic because they know they'll be seen as Alt-Right (whether they are or not) hence they know they have the capability to attach bad PR to anyone associated with them even if adversary. And they choose to do it anyway. And they won't do it to Democrats, or never-Trumpers (who still exist). Only Trump fans who aren't living up to high standards.

2019-11-04 13:56:49 UTC

They'll do it in a heartbeat to Bill Kristol

2019-11-04 13:59:34 UTC

Israel is a funny topic, since the country should have nothing to do with USA or European counties. And it's effect are very different on USA and on Europe. In USA, Republicans worship the country, to the point that some (like Kirk) laugh of "dual loyalty" only to prove they are actually serious by downplaying USA and rising Israel above wordly governments. Democrats are largely neutral toward Israel (neolib in favor, progressives agaisnt).

In Europe, conservatives are largely uninterested in Israel... but on the other hand the entire left is obsessed over it, demanding boycotts, embargo, sanctions over "Islamophobia, concentration camps and genocide", whilst never demanding any international action toward Saudis or other Muslim majority country.

2019-11-04 14:00:58 UTC

I think any position toward Israel that is different from utter indifference is a stupid one. The country is far away and doesn't provide benefit to allies (that's toward you Republicans), nor threat toward humanity (that's toward you European regressives).

2019-11-04 14:01:21 UTC

leave them to their own devices

2019-11-04 14:01:35 UTC

if they wanna throw a bitch-fit because muh USA not funding them, let them (and they probably will tbh)

2019-11-04 14:01:40 UTC

Then there are germans, who'd love to shit on Israel, but they don't have enough good boy points to do so.

2019-11-04 14:01:46 UTC

if the surrounding countries gang up on them, let them

2019-11-04 14:02:12 UTC

But no, Israel actually is an important US ally.

2019-11-04 14:02:13 UTC

if God is truly with Israel, we don't need to give them money

2019-11-04 14:02:21 UTC

Even if you want a base for Middle-East operations and an ally in M-E, you don't need to suck their dicks about how they are God's Land and shit. Stop treating them as a special ally and treat them as a regular one. Just like Turkey is treated.

2019-11-04 14:02:55 UTC

Israel is by far the most reliably allied country in the middle east, and that's not changing any time soon.

2019-11-04 14:03:11 UTC

Meaning, if they spy on you, get cocky, or threaten to use migrants as weapons, you threaten to retract support.

2019-11-04 14:03:59 UTC

@leavethisbotnet Well, that's because US politicians have single loyalty to Israel. Yeah, dual loyalty is a conspiracy theory. They only love Israel.

2019-11-04 14:04:26 UTC

There's no point in sucking up to Israel since Israel have no choice by to remain allies. They are surrounded by Mudslime.

2019-11-04 14:04:34 UTC

Part of the "giving money to Israel", is basically laundering money into lockheep, Boeing &co

2019-11-04 14:04:47 UTC

Well, yeah. They even admit it.

2019-11-04 14:05:02 UTC

since much, if not all is basically military contract vouchers

2019-11-04 14:05:03 UTC

They give Israel money so that Israel can purchase US made weapon systems.

2019-11-04 14:05:06 UTC

which have to be spent in US

2019-11-04 14:05:10 UTC

It is money laundering.

2019-11-04 14:05:49 UTC

That's not automatically bad either.

2019-11-04 14:06:05 UTC

Helps keep the companies running

2019-11-04 14:06:07 UTC

Not if you think like neocon.

2019-11-04 14:06:30 UTC

Obviously corporativism and cronyism are not bad if you think like neocon.

2019-11-04 14:06:31 UTC

Keeping your military industry running has a value in itself

2019-11-04 14:06:54 UTC

whether doing that through Israel is good is another question.

2019-11-04 14:07:13 UTC

Well, why should tax-payers pay for upkeep of bloated military industry?

2019-11-04 14:07:36 UTC

Why should tax-payers in USA pay for US military industry to pump their produce to Israel?

2019-11-04 14:07:37 UTC

Because the world hegemon needs the industry

2019-11-04 14:07:51 UTC

Why don't you try making **GOOD** cars instead of shit ones?

2019-11-04 14:08:06 UTC

Why don't you make solar panels? New batteries?

2019-11-04 14:08:19 UTC

Something that are on short supply and with huge demand globally.

2019-11-04 14:08:36 UTC

Because military industry isn't about commercial supply.

2019-11-04 14:08:41 UTC

or demand

2019-11-04 14:08:45 UTC

Why don't you actually serve markets where the purchase pays for the product, instead of US tax payer?

2019-11-04 14:08:54 UTC

it's about being able to blow the other guy up

2019-11-04 14:08:56 UTC

IIRC, someone was arguing that the military budget WASN'T Bloated

2019-11-04 14:09:02 UTC

within the last month or two
