Well it sorta goes to show the gray areas of what's really bad enough to ban, and the severity of bans.

Generally when something is banned for moral reasons it's an absolute, something that is 100% intolerable, so if you ban something, you give it a bad rap if it's not.

This is where censorship gets dangerous, anything remotely approaching a flat smol ear-scritch recipient would be suspect and wholesome cuteness would be quashed.

It's pretty easy to tell where the wholesomeness ends. A lot of ecchi contains very repulsive examples of girls being taken advantage of and not being happy.
