Canadians love to emulate American talking points in politics, until it goes against the liberals.

2019-10-22 03:04:05 UTC

yup

2019-10-22 03:04:49 UTC

Is Canada now black?

2019-10-22 03:04:56 UTC

Indian.

2019-10-22 03:05:02 UTC

2019-10-22 03:05:14 UTC

We lost it, Canada is lost ground.

2019-10-22 03:05:17 UTC

Canadas first Black(face) Priminister

2019-10-22 03:05:32 UTC

XD

2019-10-22 03:06:15 UTC

Can we have our old anthem back under the liberal minority?

2019-10-22 03:06:21 UTC

The rightful anthem**

2019-10-22 03:06:27 UTC

What, they changed the anthem ?

2019-10-22 03:06:28 UTC

Canada has its obama

2019-10-22 03:06:50 UTC

yeah, "In all our son's command" was offencive

2019-10-22 03:06:55 UTC

OH LOOK, Marc Garneau just got reelected

2019-10-22 03:06:56 UTC

Our first Black PM

2019-10-22 03:07:07 UTC

They took out "All thy son's command" and changed it with "All us command" or something.

2019-10-22 03:07:12 UTC

He's a liberal MP, I went to high school with his son, and can confirm his son is a massive faggot LOL

2019-10-22 03:08:12 UTC

Liberal minority likely propped up by Bloc, I'm betting the Albertan separatism movement's gonna see some growth

2019-10-22 03:08:45 UTC

If Alberta separates to America or something, that would be absolutely fucking massive for their economy.

2019-10-22 03:09:21 UTC

If ANY province separates it will be annexed by the US before the next equinox.

2019-10-22 03:10:08 UTC

We would be more than happy to let Alberta join the US

2019-10-22 03:10:49 UTC

Alberta would do so fucking well with how much oil they have, it would be better for Alberta, better for America.

2019-10-22 03:11:15 UTC

I don't see anything wrong with that other than the healthcare-thing, which is a huge lynchpin if that does happen.

2019-10-22 03:15:41 UTC

so. Revolution when?

2019-10-22 03:15:44 UTC

Lol well if QC gets annexed by usa after seperating an amglophone could very well benefit in sucj circumstamces

2019-10-22 03:16:11 UTC

Such*

2019-10-22 03:17:10 UTC

Quebec could leave whenever they want, the voting would need to be for Quebec-born citizens, or it would never work in this day and age. But Alberta with that much support around the oil sands? They definitely could.

2019-10-22 03:19:20 UTC

I'd personally rather Alberta not join the US, but I'd prefer it over Trudeau, or any of the other major parties up here

2019-10-22 03:19:55 UTC

I think other than the healthcare issue, and the border issue, it would be a generally good idea with their natural resources.

2019-10-22 03:20:58 UTC

However, for Canada's economy itself? It would be suicide for Canada. That's a huge deal for Canada.

2019-10-22 03:21:26 UTC

Idk i feel sentiment for seperation is lower in the younger citizens so depending on the relative turnout betweem boomers and millenials could be harder the longer they wait

2019-10-22 03:21:51 UTC

In qc

2019-10-22 03:22:35 UTC

You can see that in the election results, it was pretty much split in Quebec between the Bloc and Liberals.

2019-10-22 03:23:31 UTC

However, you also have to consider Quebec gets a lot of university students taking terms there. It's huge for that sort of thing, so while they're there, you have to consider how many were votes from those students.

2019-10-22 03:24:20 UTC

oh for sure

2019-10-22 03:24:46 UTC

one of the biggest universities in the city of montreal had posters saying shit like "Who what you're voting for" which showed all parties except the PPC

2019-10-22 03:24:56 UTC

Universities are SUPER left-leaning

2019-10-22 03:25:34 UTC

Don't worry, dude. I go to York University. I didn't even go today because I didn't want to subject myself to that nightmare.

2019-10-22 03:25:50 UTC

LOL

2019-10-22 03:26:07 UTC

I never went to university, might go next year for an undergrad in business

2019-10-22 03:26:11 UTC
