From what I read eariler,did Boris essentially BM parilement by sending the three letters to the EU and not sign them?
The first letter he sent, he was required to by law (Benn act), he didn't sign that one. The second was a cover note saying that he was legally forced to send that first letter. Then a third letter where he says "We actually don't want an extention" and that one he did sign.
