There was a tenuous study that found that circumsized males had like a 1% chance of transmitting hpv, vs uncircumcised having a 1.6% chance, and so doctors go around saying circumcision reduces the risk of disease "BY SIXTY PERCENT" because the difference between 1% and 1.6% is 60%
