There are swarms of jellyfish in mediterranean sea that are not very dangerous by itself to humans, but they swarm
So if you happen to swim into one of those swarms, they pump you with enough neurotoxins that you can't breathe

And if you pet the spikes on a sea urchin they all collect around your finger and try to stab you
