a kid damaged a car but no punishment for anyone
oh rewind that doesnt mean the parents arent ultimately responsible... so.. imagine a kid steals parents car and gets into a car crash with another car... so... thats grand theft auto aswell as driving without a license and damages to primary and 3rd party vehicle... grand theft wont be pushed if owner doesnt request it, damages wont get pushed if owner of primary and 3rd party dont push it... driving without a license would be brought to court but judge could dismiss without charge
^^ the parents probably didnt push for grand theft, and paid for damages (p.s. paying for damages is claiming responsability) - if it was done without police involvement then no without license charge
