That would be a dark day for Britain
it needs to be modified to remove the 2/3 majority requirement if the sitting government does not have a majority
and he will do lots of damage in the 14 days
it will be ken clarke or harmen
almost as bad as Corbyn
He could use the whip if his majority is narrow
it would then keep the intention of preventing governments abusing election timing for partisan gain, while preventing an opposition using it to prevent an election when the government is non-funcitoning due to a minority position
He has a majority of like -40
He can't pass anything without substantial numbers of opposition MP's supporting it
