And this is why one does not live in California
Imagine a state thinking it can regulate travel to another state. WTF is this shit?
I sure don't fucking want Medicaid to fund tranny surgery.
Like many west coast laws.... no one enforces these. They can’t. It’s just a morality circle jerk
Imagine thinking it's anything more than that.
Just...the shear headfuck.
You go out of the city and you get cops that just say “I don’t actually enforce half of these laws by choice”
Kek.
And in the city the cops are just like “uhhh I was only in training for 10 days what the hell is a tranny?”
“Oh god there’s a black guy curbstomping someone! Uhhhh hmm well I guess that’s his reparation.”
Oof.
Oof.
Gahdang
wow, bid oof
I mean I'm on the trump train and all but I've always respected Gabbard
She's right on this count
It's frankly a shame she's running DNC.
She'd be a terrifying Republican
If she really wants it though she'll run independent when the DNC places Biden over her
If she really wants it she'll stand down after the DNC makes their choice and then try again in 2024 after the DNC candidate looses to trump
Yeah, I hear/agree.
Either way, she'll need to quit the Army if/when she gets the nomination.
because her running as an indi will split the vote between her and dem loyalists
She won't run independent.
She doesn't want to pull a Perot.
and after that the DNC will never let her run as a dem again
@Goodwood of Dank™ was that in response to me or sadcat?
Trump ran as a Democrat in 2000.
Sadcat.
Both, actually.
I got the impression from her Rubin interview that she doesn't want to run independent.
For a number of reasons, really. First, I think she hopes to prove to Democrats that the DNC is trash.
I was saying why it's a tactically bad discussion to run as an indi for her
Second, I think she fully understands what damage could be caused by going independent.
Yeah, I agree.
Sorry if I was restating your thoughts.
I think it will split more libertarian and republican/conservative vote if she ran as independent
Who'd otherwise have voted for Trump
She's still be blamed by Dems for ruining it for them, even if she took more votes away from Trump.
Dems are seeking external sources to blame for their mistakes. Just like 2016.
