Might try wing it and go private straight away

2019-09-20 20:58:40 UTC

Cyber warfare means no personal risk

2019-09-20 20:58:42 UTC

Ya, most come out of military to private, military will help you with tons of cert options also.

2019-09-20 20:58:45 UTC

I left army 2 weeks ago, doing a close protection course soon, and then travelling america for a bit before I go do something in the middle east or africa <:pot_of_kek:544849795433496586>

2019-09-20 20:58:49 UTC

And the government pays for your education

2019-09-20 20:58:57 UTC

And gives you excellent credentials

2019-09-20 20:59:00 UTC

Service Gurantees education?????

2019-09-20 20:59:03 UTC

Will fight for oil btw <:pepelaugh:544857300179877898>

2019-09-20 20:59:09 UTC

I doubt they'll pay OFF my existing education debt

2019-09-20 20:59:11 UTC

😉

2019-09-20 20:59:18 UTC

No but you will be able to pay it off yourself

2019-09-20 20:59:19 UTC

Ye

2019-09-20 20:59:26 UTC

You shouldn't joined the military first

2019-09-20 20:59:29 UTC

Shouldve

2019-09-20 20:59:30 UTC

I was able to save on average about 8-10K a year as a private

2019-09-20 20:59:35 UTC

Young and stupid tbh

2019-09-20 20:59:37 UTC

They pay you to get an education

2019-09-20 20:59:41 UTC

And if you get a tour thats usually 16K in your back pocket

2019-09-20 20:59:42 UTC

I wish I could go back in time

2019-09-20 21:00:06 UTC

And, you get shipped out to schools, such as NPS in Monetrey, for whom I've consulted for constructing my own curriculum. 😉

2019-09-20 21:00:07 UTC

You should have it paid off after your first 6 months, if not- you either got a shit gig or suck at finance.

2019-09-20 21:00:10 UTC

Being a soldier as long as you arent rarted and pick a good trade and spend only what you need you can buy a house inside a decade tbh

2019-09-20 21:00:17 UTC

I spent my first 4 years pissing it all up a wall

2019-09-20 21:00:46 UTC

Damn

2019-09-20 21:00:55 UTC

hey does anyone here know what happened to Layman?

2019-09-20 21:01:13 UTC

On top of that you get 4 weeks termination leave, 7 weeks annual (all paid for) and you can carry a max of 3 weeks over for the following year

2019-09-20 21:01:17 UTC

seems like his channel is yeet

2019-09-20 21:01:42 UTC

On top of that you get a yearly education grant ( about £200) and then if you do 6 years you get a grant of 3 lots of £1000 to put on a level 3 or higher

2019-09-20 21:01:46 UTC

What's the food like though?

2019-09-20 21:01:47 UTC

Shit?

2019-09-20 21:01:47 UTC

Or you can merge them all into

2019-09-20 21:02:02 UTC

Food was alright mostly, though it varies from company to company, sodexo were horrendous

2019-09-20 21:02:10 UTC

Ahh

2019-09-20 21:02:19 UTC

What if you already have a level 3? <:pot_of_kek:544849795433496586>

2019-09-20 21:02:22 UTC

I got those quals years ago

2019-09-20 21:02:31 UTC

Then you can get another or use it to get higher

2019-09-20 21:02:36 UTC

It has to be MINIMUM level 3

2019-09-20 21:02:37 UTC

This time next year, I should be on a 6

2019-09-20 21:02:42 UTC

Ahh

2019-09-20 21:02:53 UTC

Can you do masters in there?

2019-09-20 21:03:13 UTC

The main reason for the army is the life tyle, the second reason if you get a smart head- you can get what most people struggle with for years in your first year, down payment for a house
