There's a reason private schools kick the public school system's ass. A huge part of that is their willingness to kick out kids who cause problems. Autistic people in particular are bullied about half as much in private school, because they don't treat education like it's some god given right.

If you shove another kid into a locker and create a toxic environment, the school throws you out.

A civilized society is nothing more than a collective agreement that thugs can go fuck themselves, and that people who want to make something of themselves should be rewarded for doing so as long as they do so through proscribed methods (IE - Good GPA, good job and/or start a business).
