2019-07-16 04:19:41 UTC

The USSR appointed managers to run things on the local level, @ManAnimal.

Those managers were typically inefficient, corrupt, and incompetent.

2019-07-16 04:19:42 UTC

>let's design a system where the government runs everything, instead of regulating
>literally can only point to hippie communes

2019-07-16 04:19:59 UTC

@Reprehensibletrash - Religious monasteries.

Catholic.

2019-07-16 04:20:05 UTC

they called them 'managers' but their job was nothing like managers in the west

2019-07-16 04:20:10 UTC

Because that worked so well

2019-07-16 04:20:25 UTC

They did.

2019-07-16 04:20:25 UTC

just like east germany and china are 'people's republics'

2019-07-16 04:20:35 UTC

Jeez, if only everyone lived like a fucking monk, man

2019-07-16 04:20:40 UTC

The monasteries were also populated by extremely devoted people who chose to be there.

2019-07-16 04:20:43 UTC

2019-07-16 04:20:47 UTC

2019-07-16 04:20:49 UTC

It was opt-in, and not everyone got to go.

2019-07-16 04:21:13 UTC

@Vir I've read Metaphysics of War, Revolt against the Modern World, Fascism viewed from the Right and I have listened to half the audiobook of The Mystery of the Grail (even though its mostly BS, its fun to listen to as a myth). Beyond that not sure if you'd consider Spengler a traditionalist and Yockey's renewal of Spengler was more of a Fascist imo. Haven't read anything else from actual old Traditionalists IIRC. Depends on how loose the definition is.

2019-07-16 04:21:13 UTC

lol nice pic

2019-07-16 04:21:31 UTC

@Vir that was good

2019-07-16 04:21:31 UTC

@Arthur Grayborn was that timeward who nuked it?

2019-07-16 04:22:11 UTC

Ride the Tiger is his best work in my opinion

2019-07-16 04:22:16 UTC

@Arthur Grayborn newsflash, everyone but christniggers hate monks

2019-07-16 04:22:43 UTC

Maybe the real reason socialism doesn't work, is because you're all repulsive?

2019-07-16 04:22:56 UTC

the best thing about evola is you can find pdfs and audio recordings everywhere

2019-07-16 04:22:58 UTC

2019-07-16 04:23:24 UTC

This is one of the issues I have with "the uneducated," @Reprehensibletrash, and why I have similar issues with "the educated." The uneducated don't get that theory is sometimes different from practice, and still worth knowing because it might be able to guide a better decision at some point. The educated don't get that theory is often different from practice, because there are a hundred different factors in the real world that can muck shit up.

2019-07-16 04:23:25 UTC

2019-07-16 04:24:08 UTC

2019-07-16 04:24:39 UTC

2019-07-16 04:24:40 UTC

2019-07-16 04:24:47 UTC
