They are the at button and exclamation mark keys from before that don't work

The problem is

well to be honest Poland is one of the few nations in Europe which has not gone batshit insane

Shift + 1 and shift + 2 don't work on anything with my pc not even on screen keyboard

So it wouldn't let me rebind them
