how its organized who the leaders are

We have a thorough vetting system which involves an interview in the range of 30 minutes +, so we'd only be sharing it with those people. Leadership is composed of vetters->mods->admins. The admin team is composed of 5 people, myself included, who determine group policies and manage the social media accounts, etc.

I'm the admin in charge of delegation to this event, and would be the one speaking in person to represent Anticom if the opportunity arises.
