and you have to me moving abnormally fast for a considerable time, not to mention communicating everything is fine with air traffic control in order to not raise a red flag

that requires a specific flight configuration for planes that size

air at lower altitudes is thicker and thus flaps must be extended on approach to compensate. those same flaps would be ripped the hell off at higher speeds
