again, i think people in these sorts of cases forget 1. the awesome power of nukes. 2. the fact they take a long time to develop. 3. the fact people have brains and can think.

my point is i think if a military ship is sunk for behaving threateningly in or around a state, and the nation deploying it has a history of attacking civilians, with say, drones, they should be fair game and accept that putting it there is a risk
