Revolutionary Change is an extreme change. If incremental change is moving toward oblivion at the speed limit, logically speaking, revolutionary change would be leading towards oblivion at a much faster speed, no?
We are willingly doing it ourselves and we dont realise what is comming, yes even us in this seever right now, who here has bought the latest galaxy recently?
no because "incremental change" does little to make a meaningful change to the course we are on
Revolutionary Change isn't all that great, last I checked (RE: French Revolution)

@SPOOKY Phil, Ruler of Heck you're a mass murderer?
The kind of guy who sips amaretto after signing a stack of death sentences on randos
Basically Robespierre, but worse
When was the last time a revolution resulted in a democracy? As far as I know, the only revolution that resulted in Democracy in the US, and that was more of an independence movement, one thing is creating a system where there is none, another is when you destroy what you already have.
French Revolution resulted in the Great Terror, and Napoleon, Red October resulted in USSR, and other countless revolutions resulted in similar things, it's a breeding ground for dictatorships and murders.
I mean I'm not a democrat
The problem with revolutions is that they are pretty much totally unpredictable and ultra costly
The revolutions in early SA also were independence movments, but that's about it.
You don't just destroy a society and create an utopia just like that.
The fact they don't produce democracy doesn;t concern me much
the most recent one may have been the cuban revolution?
cuba is a shithole
go to cuba
if you count coups syria
Cuban revolution like what? Castro? Are you sure that's the best example you have?
