There still exists room for people to start their own companies and websites

the gov can only protect rights under the law... so essentially any action taken place would have to protect a right

also they are already breaking Section 230 code

so technically new legislation would not need to be introduced to enforce freedom of speech

just revoke Section 230 protection and watch them crumble

Also section 230 is more than sufficient to bring these rogue tech companies into line, that's why there's so much disinformation trying to convince people section 230 will do nothing.
