the car speed limiters thing is such bullshit, most accidents occur within the limit and are caused by tailgating, bad lane changes etc

it's near impossible to even achieve the limit on many busy uk roads too

at best its 65mph

rarely ever higher then that

on motorways

average is 10 or so below the recommended speed limit xD

most speedometers read above your actual speed too

i have 2 cars i use regularly and both read about 32 when actually doing 30, about 74 when doing 70 etc

you can test this yourself if you live near one of those speed warning signs, those are allegedly accurate

More accidents are caused by someone going too slow

im a big fan of them - one in a village here shows your speed in red if you're above 30, then it changes to green and pops up a smily face when you slow down, im absolutely in favour of those
