it's very much an oligarchic system
the rest of E Europe MUCH less so
Hmm
I can see why that's a little annoying
It's just something you have to deal with on top of everything else
additional micromanagement
Making it even harder, yeah
plus it kinda just feels bad when u want to send ur kid to uni and just know u'll have to bribe someone for him to get in, you know
LOL
Yeah that would be pretty shit
das how Ukraine is
Though, it might have more opportunities
Money gets you where you want
absolutely
if ur a rich @Capitalist I;d say go there
but then the gov might have an eye on u
which is another problem
Yeah
The government doesn't play by the rules
Lmao
like they do in the west
Yeah
The EU E European states are basically much more familiar for Westerners
in terms of how society works
It's not a dramatic change
That makes sense.
Something I'll have to keep in mind tbh
There is also more subtle shit like say:
If you're a more hippy dippy kind of personality that likes to take it cool
don;t move to Hungary
LOL
Why?
Because Hungary is kinda like Germany in the sense that the social order is relatively strict and rigid
Ahh gotcha
on the other hand if ur more like that, don move to Poland, cause the entire culture is about the opposite
stuff like that
Poland would be fine then
maybe not THE most important, but something to keep in mind
(On the other hand if u don like that religion in your public life (for some reason) Hungary should be given some points as it is far more irreligious then Polan. Polan is effectively a catholic society that will tolerate you if ur not catholic, but you have to follow catholic morality in public. Generally the most atheist country in the region is Bohemia. They dab on religion almost as hard as the French do.)
Catholic morality in public is fine
