I really don't care about the quality if it's not an improvement on the original even if it's ok it's still garbage that should not be supported by our culture or our money

Ghostbusters and Oceans 8 didn't fail because they were re-cast as women

they failed because the writing was shit and the producers/cast decided to attack their audience

Well making the actors more tan would make sense for aladin, it's not more faithful to the source but it's more "realistic" which is what they are going for with these remakes afaict
