Since I'm no longer driving.... @Jack of Trades Yeah I don't do a lot of meal prep. Walmart's got pre-chopped onions and bell peppers which I abuse, only real "prep" I do is chop up a sausage to cook into my eggs in the morning. Instant pot I tend to use as a crock pot of sorts, and that's really just throw a container of meat, a boatload of seasonings, a splash of whiskey, and a pack of frozen veggies (usually carrot/corn/pea/gbean mix, occasionally just corn) into it, then add water to the dotted line and tell the instant pot to have it cooked by the time I'm home.
Gets me leftovers for 2-4 days depending
And yeah keto-inspired diets are legit, but not because of what they claim- it's because they get your calorie count down.
Bread is fuckin' zany with how many calories it is.
And most things sugary (ie, soda) are also really high in calories

perfect size tbh
Except not because of the bluring on the far text. If you strip the resize it's easier to read in the thumbnail.
Anyways
@Eirshy they def get it down, but the important thing to me is I hardly feel hungry
Oh of course. That's the other reason it works well- you don't feel like you're starving yourself.
lol
most diets do, which is why they tend to lead to binging and thus failure lol
Can't just get calories down, have to *keep* them down.
Which makes it even easier. Before I did keto and I tried to just eat regular, carbs aside, I hardly ate anything since they're so calorie dense and I got hangry
The metabolic pathways regarding fats vs carbs seems solid though
