Disillusioned with the corruption found in the world and wants to take over the mind of everyone to reshape society. In hiding due to CIA and KGB hunting him as he gathers folowers from Soviet Crime Underworld.

Stand based on Gorillaz "Clint Eastwood"
Stand cant mind control other Joestars due to Joestar blood/telepathic link until near the end where he awakens his full potential. Final battle is a battle of wills/ideology ala MGRRevengance

Protagonist Ivan Joestar. 18 year old Gopnik urchin turned gangmember who doesn't know anything about the Joestars cause orphan. Gets picked up by the CIA and KGB and gets sent after Antagonist as a tool along with a crack team of small time criminals and gang members all stand users. Ivan wants a better life and to flee from the USSR to America. Eventually realizes how important mission is and that he has to stop antagonist.
Ivan's stand is "Archduke" based on Franz Ferdinand (the band) and its power is explosive fists for high speed high power attacks that use controlled explosions to wreck enemies. Also has a variety of defensive uses.
Final battle changes Ivan as a person as he realizes the core truth of the Antagonist's belief but does not fall into a nihilistic totalitarian view instead fighting to make the world better.
