You had an opportunity to talk in cells, many in fact, and instead you chose to ignore every time a mod tried to approach you and keep pinging any mod you could demanding to be uncelled, ignoring their response when they approached you again.
You are removed from the vcs from the time being until such a time as the mods trust you won't make a constant pest of yourself in there. Making a pest of yourself in text chat will do little to convince them of that.
I've seen one or two of his videos, he's pretty good and doesn't resort to drama and other bullshit. Imma guess some NPC got butthurt and decided to get offended.
