Stop letting vegans have kids, how many before this lesson is learned?
*Stop letting_left leaning_ vegans have kids, which is most vegans sadly. I'm a tiny minority of a tiny minority because I hate the left
There are certain essential proteins for development which supposedly can only be obtained through animal products.
That's a whole can of worms I don't plan on opening, but it is perfectly possible to be vegan from birth. I've seen plenty of people do it if you're intelligent.
I've never seen intelligent people do it.
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Intelligent people don't cripple their diet
Some of my extended family are actually so Christian they are vegan or something. @TheCinemaShow
Mr. Rogers style?
Meat is neccessary in the diet
Anyone who says otherwise is a science denier
It's ok to reduce meat to twice, maybe maybe even once a week
But less than that is unhealthy
Fish is even more important than other meats
holy crap, Way of the World was another channel that got yeeted!

He was, but he started over and some of his videos are back up.
you can get all of the essential amino acids without meat
The results of a vegan diet aren't looking good
that specific diet, and vegan is a lot more restrictive than vegetarian
Unnecessarily restrictive
The research that vegans use to support veganism is biased
It selects specifically vegans and puts them up against all meat eaters
This is not proper research
Meat eaters are at least as healthy as vegans, they just, as a whole, don't watch their diet so much, simply because veganism is the conscious choice of eating as healthily as possible
So studies that support veganism come to a false conclusion that veganism is healthier, when it's not
When putting veganism up against all other recommended diets, it doesn't perform well at all
There's a simple truth in dieting that people need to understand: every body is different and needs a different diet
A thing that is often overlooked in research is that people who go on a vegan diet have more often started out having problems with an omnivorous diet in the first place, so their results with a vegan diet will obviously be positive. The same effect rarely happens in reverse, people don't usually start out having problems with a vegan diet and then choose an omnivorous diet because of it. This effect is so one-sided that it causes a huge biases in much of the research that's out there.
Lastly, all meat is not equal. There are actually unhealthy ingredients in certain meat products, for example the average kebab contains unhealthy meat.
It's simply counted as meat though, as if it were the same as good chicken straight from the farm.
That effect may bias the results even more than anything else.
With that being said, people should eat their veggies and fruits.
That's the only general takeaway that I think makes sense.
ADL also released a list of far right channels they'd like to see get banned
Youtube was pushed to ban some of these and James Allsup was among the first victims
