James Allsup. I literally mentioned his name, just scroll up.

2019-08-27 05:02:10 UTC

That's fucked up. I'm vegan and it's not hard to actually eat a well balanced diet with enough calories. Those people are morons who tried veganism as a trend.

2019-08-27 05:02:10 UTC

Stop letting vegans have kids, how many before this lesson is learned?

2019-08-27 05:04:37 UTC

*Stop letting_left leaning_ vegans have kids, which is most vegans sadly. I'm a tiny minority of a tiny minority because I hate the left

2019-08-27 05:04:58 UTC

There are certain essential proteins for development which supposedly can only be obtained through animal products.

2019-08-27 05:06:33 UTC

That's a whole can of worms I don't plan on opening, but it is perfectly possible to be vegan from birth. I've seen plenty of people do it if you're intelligent.

2019-08-27 05:06:48 UTC

I've never seen intelligent people do it.

2019-08-27 05:07:07 UTC

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

2019-08-27 05:09:54 UTC

Intelligent people don't cripple their diet

2019-08-27 05:11:20 UTC

Some of my extended family are actually so Christian they are vegan or something. @TheCinemaShow

2019-08-27 05:12:01 UTC

Mr. Rogers style?

2019-08-27 05:15:38 UTC

Meat is neccessary in the diet

2019-08-27 05:15:48 UTC

Anyone who says otherwise is a science denier

2019-08-27 05:16:05 UTC

It's ok to reduce meat to twice, maybe maybe even once a week

2019-08-27 05:16:09 UTC

But less than that is unhealthy

2019-08-27 05:16:32 UTC

Fish is even more important than other meats

2019-08-27 05:18:23 UTC

holy crap, Way of the World was another channel that got yeeted!

2019-08-27 05:31:01 UTC

He was, but he started over and some of his videos are back up.

2019-08-27 05:32:53 UTC

you can get all of the essential amino acids without meat

2019-08-27 05:40:12 UTC

The results of a vegan diet aren't looking good

2019-08-27 05:40:16 UTC

That's what matters

2019-08-27 05:49:10 UTC

that specific diet, and vegan is a lot more restrictive than vegetarian

2019-08-27 05:50:44 UTC

Unnecessarily restrictive

2019-08-27 05:56:34 UTC

The research that vegans use to support veganism is biased

2019-08-27 05:56:46 UTC

It selects specifically vegans and puts them up against all meat eaters

2019-08-27 05:56:58 UTC

This is not proper research

2019-08-27 05:57:59 UTC

Meat eaters are at least as healthy as vegans, they just, as a whole, don't watch their diet so much, simply because veganism is the conscious choice of eating as healthily as possible

2019-08-27 05:58:27 UTC

So studies that support veganism come to a false conclusion that veganism is healthier, when it's not

2019-08-27 05:58:55 UTC

When putting veganism up against all other recommended diets, it doesn't perform well at all

2019-08-27 06:01:12 UTC

There's a simple truth in dieting that people need to understand: every body is different and needs a different diet

2019-08-27 06:04:31 UTC

A thing that is often overlooked in research is that people who go on a vegan diet have more often started out having problems with an omnivorous diet in the first place, so their results with a vegan diet will obviously be positive. The same effect rarely happens in reverse, people don't usually start out having problems with a vegan diet and then choose an omnivorous diet because of it. This effect is so one-sided that it causes a huge biases in much of the research that's out there.

2019-08-27 06:05:50 UTC

Lastly, all meat is not equal. There are actually unhealthy ingredients in certain meat products, for example the average kebab contains unhealthy meat.

2019-08-27 06:06:17 UTC

It's simply counted as meat though, as if it were the same as good chicken straight from the farm.

2019-08-27 06:06:50 UTC

That effect may bias the results even more than anything else.

2019-08-27 06:08:57 UTC

With that being said, people should eat their veggies and fruits.

2019-08-27 06:09:12 UTC

That's the only general takeaway that I think makes sense.
