Actually, I think the fault was more on the FBI than the police IIRC

i think this definition is reasonable

the FBI had been watching him for awhile before he actually shot up the school

so, you know, excluding actual terrorists

or money

or gangs

but yeah, if the police weren't such fucking pussies in that situation, deaths likely would have been averted

and at least 4 DEAD

out of the list from mother jones, which shows 11 mass shootings, 4 of them have 3 deaths

so 7 mass shootings
