second of all I think some people are just not doing anything with their fucking life and the only focus they have in life is their serotonin levels leading them to think they have depression that "has its ups and downs" as if that isnt the case for every other fucking human being out there... just go do something you are passionate about and you wont have the time to be depressed but those happy moments you reward yourself with will stay there and be even more meaningful
